Critical:QualityThe people were super nice. Although the nails are crooked and chunky. My grandma got a dip powder and it had bubbles and was too thick. the man had to redo my nails because instead of the nude color i wanted for the french he made them bubble gum pink.. The people were super nice. Although the nails are crooked and chunky. My grandma got a dip powder and it had bubbles and was too thick. the man had to redo my nails because instead of the nude color i wanted for the french he made them bubble gum pink.. The prices are cheap though, and it’s very clean. I would go back if they improved the quality of their work.

I had scheduled an appointment in advance, when business was off-peak. I received just a cursory manicure and pedicure. The technician gave little attention to my nails. I had not had either service for 2-1/2 months. The polish brush broke and technician did not want to apply a second coat of polish. I did want an eyebrow wax but declined after I saw there was no dedicated area for the service. The salon didn’t even have a well-lit area to perform service on thin, white eyebrows. The technician did not even see me out. I had to ask to pay for the service. The staff was very friendly though. I will have to be desperate to return to this salon, when there are so many other better salons in the Spanish Springs area.

Positive:Cleanliness,Professionalism,QualityKim was my manicurist who completed a pedicure and dip manicure. She is absolutely wonderful! My dip manicure is very nicely done-even, smooth and not too thick. Previously, I went to another salon in The Villages and the manicurist injured my nails when removing the dip polish. Kim was gentle and addressed my concerns. My pedicure is also very nice! She took her time completing it; she did not rush. The salon is very clean and orderly. Kim was my manicurist who completed a pedicure and dip manicure. She is absolutely wonderful! My dip manicure is very nicely done-even, smooth and not too thick. Previously, I went to another salon in The Villages and the manicurist injured my nails when removing the dip polish. Kim was gentle and addressed my concerns. My pedicure is also very nice! Not professional and unsanitary. During my pedicure my tech wasn’t finished with his previous client but started me anyways. He starts filing my nails (with a dirty file) but was too busy looking at his other client to notice he was filing the tips of my toes and not my nails at all. He soaks my feet again and goes back to her not even changing his gloves. I paid for 30 minutes of his time and most certainly did not get it

Critical:Professionalism,PunctualityDON’T WALK IN!! I waited over a half hour with gel polish remover on my nails – after 3 different people started the process, all three left to do pedicures. My skin was starting to burn from the asetone! If only I was told they did not have time, I would have come back later. But instead they get you started and move to someone else! I will Not go back…it was 86 outside they had doors opened no air conditioning. They did not offer a drink of water I got my own. I went because of new owners. They told me 36.00 then charged me 41.00 I even had my own polish. She removed my polish and left ridges in my nails…and Did Not scrape my feet because she wanted more money…

I have been getting my nails done for many months now. The atmosphere here is not very pleasing. It is very noisy, do to the people that work there. Also, I believe that they should be speaking in English. I am sure you would not like your customers speaking in another language. When I come I want to relax, not be tense from noise and other languages. If they need to discuss work (take it to another room, not in front of the customers).

The lady Tina did my nails on Monday. I asked for pointed nails. They look HORRIBLE. None of them are the same shape and they don’t even point up. All of them are slanting off to the side.when i tried to tell her in the salon she acted offended and i was afraid to continue to tell her i was not happy with the work. She cut my cuticle and i was bleeding later in the day.2 days later half of them have already lifted so much. Today one fell off. This is the first time i ever lost a nail. And this was a fresh set only 4 days later! She charged me 50 dollars for this horrible work. Oh yeah i forgot to say when she painted them french she painted so high up you could see the actual white part of my real nail beneath. Kill me.
